He has managed staff throughout North America and Europe, and understands the cultural challenges that brings. Bruce has many years experience managing onshore and offshore development and support environments. With his retail and healthcare experience he has operated in highly regulated environments which includes Sarbanes-Oxley, many country privacy and financial regulations. He has considerable experience in M&A and the complexities of the integrations that go along with these.
